Meet Emma, local Bermondsey resident and fitness trainer.
Emma has lived in Bermondsey for the last 10 years, and loves it! She has shared with us her mission on keeping you active and motivated.
“I am passionate about any form of movement that feels good, whether its dance, walking, yoga, running, strength training or combination of all. My belief is that movement is key, and through it we can greatly improve our physical and mental wellbeing. My mission is to empower, bring joy and fun though fitness, the ultimate goal is make you feel good about yourself. If I see smiles after my class then my work is done.”

We asked Emma a couple of questions that will get her through lockdown…..
1. Will you be exercising outside, and if so where do you like to go for this in Bermondsey?
I would be exercising outside by running in Southwark park, as well as taking my favourite routine by the river stopping at tower bridge and walking back through Shad Thames.
2. Which local restaurant is first on your list for a takeaway?
When it time to treat myself to take away I love is Iro Sushi.
