Ah yes, Borough Market is a whole world in itself with over 200 traders and small businesses showing up week in, week out, rain or shine showcasing and selling their produce, 7 days a week.
There is something so special about Borough Market, Monday - Thursday is great for locals, businesses and shoppers to pick up their weekly groceries without the crowds, whilst Friday - Sunday you will find tourists from around the globe enjoying what the traders have on offer. It is always very busy on the weekends, a great bustling experience, beware of queues.
We spend a lot of time at Borough Market and know the place very well, so we thought it was time for us to share with you 10 food and drink traders you should not miss when visiting Borough Market.
Pimento Hill
Condiments are key to any meal (in our opinion) and you can’t go wrong with Pimento Hills signature sauce Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam. Simply delicious! We smear it across our morning scrambled eggs on toast, add it to every sandwich or wrap and its great with crackers. Especially if you like a little heat.
Pimento Hills Caribbean inspired (with a twist) stock sauces, preserves and chutneys from Jerk Seasoning to Balsamic Onion Relish to Tangerine Marmalade.

Raya Grocery
A Southeast Asian grocery stall who sells a range of delicious speciality exotic fruits and vegetables, home made products, rice and pulses, herbs and spices and a zero waste wall. The store is a community of farmers, producers and foodies brought together by a tasted for authenticity and passion for doing things the right way.
👉 Currently using their fresh turmeric and fresh ginger roots.

Specialist teas from north-east India. Sampling and carefully selecting a wide range of teas to ensure only the best crop is obtained for his customers. White, green and black teas – including oolong, Assam, English breakfast, earl grey and masala chai – are sourced from sustainability and ethically-minded gardens situated 6,000 feet up in the foothills of the Himalayas, including the coveted Darjeeling first and second flush.
👉 Currently we are drinking their loose leaf Rooibos tea.

Wild Beef is a family-run Devonshire farm specialising in ethically reared, grass-fed beef. the meat sold on the Wild Beef stand is hung for a minimum of three weeks to ensure succulence and depth of flavour.

The Cinnamon Tree Bakery
Specialising in beautifully decorated biscuits and crackers, handmade and baked in Camberwell. Using only the finest ingredients, including organic flour, unsalted butter, soft brown sugar and free range eggs.
Their Extra Deep Classic Brownies are not to be missed. If you are looking for a succulent and chocolaty delight, then this one is for you. They also do a Salted Caramel flavour.

Olivier’s Bakery
If you need a quick snack whilst wandering around Borough Market, pick up one of Olivers Cheesy Sticks for £1.50 or 3 for £4.
Pastry chef and baker Olivier Favrel is committed to providing products made using only the best ingredients. Based locally in south-east London, Olivier’s Bakery brings to Borough Market a variety of freshly baked breads, cakes and pastries, including a special selection of 100 per cent spelt breads and deliciously soft croissants.

A colourful array of flowers, plants and beautiful garden ornaments. Over the years we have filled our office and home with plants including Areca Palm, Dragon Tree and Ivy Plants. Also great for picking up gifts and a beautiful bouquet.

A margarita and tacos is a must when visiting Borough Market. Located in the Borough Market Kitchen, Tacos Padre offers meat and veggie options of tacos to enjoy and all flavours are divine - we’ve tried them all!
Tacos Padre also offers DIY taco kits for nationwide delivery, as well as salsas, rubs, and cocktails which are all made in-house from scratch.

Bedales of Borough
A Wine Bar and shop boasting a new wine cellar, open kitchen and market terrace - offering an incredible view of our Borough Market home. Their wines by the glass list is seasonal and constantly changing, along with their extensive bottle collection - all available to drink-in or take-away.
An iconic location, once the greek restaurant in the movie Bridget Jones’ Diary.
